In this phase, the new general requirement is introduced across the board, laid down and regularly checked for compliance (audits). This is actually a "big campaign", which in individual cases involves extensive organizational activities (e.g. changing work plans, NC programs, master data, conducting training courses, adapting the structural and process organization) as well as considerable investments (in all comparable jobs, in all plants). In turn, improving this standard begins with the planning phase.
